Republic Act No. 3912
EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE ELECTRIC FRANCHISE ORIGINALLY GRANTED TO NATALIO DIGAL BUT SUBSEQUENTLY SOLD TO OCMIS ELECTRIC SERVICE CO., INC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The term of the franchise for an electric light, heat and power system granted to Natalio Digal under Act Numbered Thirty six hundred forty-five, and subsequently sold and transferred to Ocmis Electric Service Co., Inc. by authority of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred fifty-one, is hereby extended with the same terms and conditions for a period of twenty-five years from December seven, nineteen hundred sixty-four.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
