Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated 1 February 2000:

 

G. R. No. 132451 (Congressman Enrique T. Garcia vs. Hon. Renato C. Corona, et. al.). – Acting on the motion for reconsideration of the decision of 17 December 19999, dated 04 January 2000, filed by petitioner, the Court Resolved to DENY WITH FINALITY the aforesaid motion for reconsideration as the basic issues raised therein have been passed upon by the Court in its questioned decision and no substantial arguments were presented to warrant its reversal.

 

“Let entry of final judgment be made in this case in due course.” – Gonzaga-Reyes, J., no part (21)
