SUBJECT :  Importation of Crude Petroleum Oils & Refined Petroleum Products to be Levied 5% Customs Duty Effective January 01, 2005

 

Attached is a facsimile copy of the Certification issued by the Secretary Vicente S. Perez, Jr. Department of Energy dated November 26, 2004 informing the Bureau that effective January 01, 2005, all importation of crude oils and refined petroleum products except liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as listed in the attached Annex “A” of Executive Order No. 336, entering Philippine customs territory, shall be levied 5% customs duty.

 

Please confirm the dissemination of this circular throughout your offices within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof.
